Where We Deliver

Deliveries are made to the curb or public street line adjacent to the project to ensure safe and efficient access for our trucks. If delivery beyond the curb is requested, customers must provide a safe, reliable access route suitable for heavy trucks.

Our drivers may refuse delivery if road or site conditions are unsafe, inaccessible, or could damage equipment.

Site Access & Responsibility

When requesting delivery beyond the curb or street line, customers agree to:

• Provide safe access for heavy delivery trucks
• Accept responsibility for any property damage that may occur due to site conditions
• Cover any towing or recovery costs if a truck becomes stuck or damaged on site

Safety of our team, equipment, and your property is always our top priority.

Material Spreading

Material spreading is not guaranteed and is performed at the driver’s discretion based on site conditions and safety.

If a driver agrees to spread material:

• Spreading quality and final outcome are not subject to dispute
• Charmack Hauling is not responsible for the final grade or finish

For precision grading or finish work, we recommend hiring a site contractor or equipment operator.

Payment & Scheduling

We accept cash, check, or credit card for delivery services.

• Payment is required before material is dumped on site
• Credit card payments include a 3% processing fee
• For multiple loads, a card may be kept on file and final payment is required before the last load is delivered
